Here at Emmanuel we recognise that our family extends beyond geographical boundaries. We know there is a world that needs God's love and although we're not all called to travel the globe, we see that God wants us to be connected with what He is doing worldwide... On this page you will find missions that we support, members of our worldwide family and some of the connections we've made!

The People's Church

Pastor Paul and Elaine Briers are missionaries in South Africa and we at Emmanuel are honoured to be associated with them and their family. They head-up The People's Church based in Worcester, South Africa. Faced with its tough realities The People's Church has many sides to ministry including a mobile children's church by the name of Kinderbond, community action teams, a crafts employment ministry and short-term outreach programmes. Compassion International

Compassion exists as an advocate for children, to release them from their spiritual, economic, social and physical poverty and thus enabling them to become responsible and fulfilled Christian adults. Every child who participates in a Compassion programme is given the opportunity to learn about Jesus and discover how to develop a lifelong relationship with God. Compassion's ministry is mainly based around child sponsorship and here at Emmanuel we have taken this responsibility as a church, whilst also promoting this to our members.

Servants of the Lord

Keith Jenkins (right), based here in the UK is International Coordinator for Servants of the Lord Ministries (SOLM). He has been involved with SOLM since 1989 and currently travels to over 50 nations a year, sharing and teaching on the subject of fellowship with God.

SOLM have a vital message for those in the body of Christ who desire to know God more and who want to develop communication with Him in a deeper way. Click the video below to hear from SOLM's President, Pastor Joseph Hedgecock
